- Why IRAs are more flexible;
- More comfort for 529 plans;

- New restrictions and reporting requirements for tax-exempt entities;
- New rules on documenting charitable contributions;
- New restrictions on donations of clothing and household goods;
- New rules of conservation and façade easements;
- New rules on donations of fractional interests;
- New caution flags on donor advised funds, and more.
