CCHKnowledgePoint Provides Its Essential Competencies™ Module as an Integrated Offering for PeopleSoft® ePerformance Customers
(Petaluma, Calif., May 8, 2003) — The CCHKnowledgePoint Essential Competencies module, currently used in a leading automated performance management system, is now available for integration with ePerformance, a new collaborative application from PeopleSoft, Inc. (Nasdaq: PSFT) designed to streamline the employee performance management business process.
The CCHKnowledgePoint Essential Competencies module is a library of 45 key business competencies already being used by more than 110,000 companies worldwide. When integrated with the PeopleSoft ePerformance application, the Essential Competencies module enables employers to associate appropriate competencies with any employee or job position being reviewed, strengthening their ability to define employee performance in more precise terms. The module includes coaching ideas to enhance employee development. In addition, it provides support for the PeopleSoft language checker, which evaluates responses for legal compliance.
